With a wealth of experience in providing consultancy to both private and public sector organisations, as well as not-for-profit entities, my services are designed to facilitate growth, efficiency, and effective change within your organisation. Leadership Coaching

I provide coaching for individual leaders at all levels of the organisation. Team Consultations

Consultations are available to facilitate change within teams or between teams and

communication, and achieve their goals. I have previously assisted leadership teams in adoption and fostering national organisations, children’s residential settings and NHS and social services senior leadership teams, providing support during crises and planning for future challenges.
Senior NHS Challenges have included Covid and post-Covid preparedness, public inquiries, budget overspend, and staff recruitment and retention issues.

Change Management

Along with support for changes to the modus operandi of organisations, organisational consultancy also includes helping with the promotion and recruitment to roles through participation in the selection process. My services are designed to help organisations manage transitions smoothly, ensuring that staff are well-prepared for new roles and responsibilities.
