  • The role of the father, including adoptive, foster, and stepfathers
  • Typical clinical issues arising since the role of the father is not fully conceptualised within psychoanalytic literature.

Training Programs

Currently, I offer training programmes to individuals and groups interested in learning how to observe the organisations they work in, as well as other organisations. These training sessions are based on psychoanalytic observation, which involves being sensitive to the organisation’s effect on the observer and the observer’s presence within the organisation. Training programmes typically last ten weeks and involve small groups of no more than five individuals, providing each member with two opportunities to present their observations and benefit from focused attention.
